Nikka Yoichi 10 Year Old is a Japanese single malt whisky bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This is a renewed version of the permanent 10 year old release.
It honours Yoichi, Nikka's oldest distillery, founded in 1934. Masataka Taketsuru, regarded as the father of Japanese whisky, brought his whisky-making knowledge to Japan from Scotland.
The aroma is described as mature and rounded, with delicate peat and herbal, woody notes.
