Nobushi (40%)

Nobushi is a Japanese blended whisky at 40% ABV, made from malt and grain whiskies from Japan. The blend balances smokiness, fruit and gentle spice. Its name refers to the old Japanese warriors known for courage and wisdom. The nose is fresh, with green apple, citrus and a light floral note. Vanilla and oak lead on the palate, with a little smoke, pear and apple, and a refined sweetness. The finish is soft and dry, leaving a hint of spice.
