Nomad Outland is a blended Scotch whisky, created as a collaboration between sherry producer González Byass and Whyte & Mackay master blender Richard Paterson.
The Scotch is aged for more than five years in sherry butts, then shipped to Jerez for further ageing in Pedro Ximénez casks. The maturation therefore takes place in two stages, first in Scotland and then in Jerez.
