North British 18 Year Old 2008 is a single grain Scotch whisky from the North British Distillery in Edinburgh, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV, after maturing in first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The sherry casks bring dried fruits, chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, while the bourbon barrels add vanilla, caramel, sweet cereals and toasted coconut.
