Ozark Virgin Oak barrel
A 33 year old single grain Scotch whisky from North British, bottled by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for the Infrequent Flyers series at 49.4% ABV. It was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2026, with 221 bottles produced. The whisky matured in a single Ozark Virgin Oak barrel, made with oak from the forests of the Ozark Mountains in the United States. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. The virgin oak is described as adding sweet spice, toasted vanilla, caramelised oak and creamy richness to a silky, honeyed grain spirit.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
