North Star 10 Year Old Speyside Connections is a Speyside single malt selected and bottled independently by North Star Spirits, in a 70cl bottle. It combines floral Speyside sweetness with the influence of sherry casks.
The nose offers a flower meadow, multi-flower honey, milk-candy sweetness, raisins, black cherries, green apple and cinnamon biscuits. The palate opens with a gentle kick of spice, then black cherry, dried plums, dark chocolate, blackcurrant leaf and sherry wood. The finish is medium to long and warming, with chocolate-covered raisins, polished oak and a touch of dandelion syrup.
