This is a 31-year-old Glendronach single malt, bottled by the independent bottler North Star Spirits in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2022.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in a single refill Oloroso sherry butt, and the release was limited to 346 bottles.
It is described as having dark dried fruits, polished oak, espresso, dark chocolate and warm winter spices, leading to a very long finish.
