This is a 7 year old Caol Ila from Islay, bottled by North Star Spirits as part of its Periodical Series. It was aged in a single ex-Port octave cask, and 60 bottles were produced.
The Periodical releases are presented in old-style 500ml medicine bottles, a departure from the independent bottler's usual look. This one is bottled at 50% ABV.
