Nosotros Joven is a mezcal made in Oaxaca from agave harvested in the Sierra Sur. It blends Espadín and Tobalá, and is bottled at 42% vol. without ageing in wood, in the joven style.
The blend gives a balance of apricot and citrus, set against an earthy, campfire-like finish. It is made to be sipped neat.
