NueveUno Blanco is a kosher tequila bottled at 40%. It is a blanco, so it is bottled without ageing and keeps the character of the agave.
In the glass it is clear, with bright, warm silver tones.
The aroma is of intense cooked agave with herbal notes, black pepper, earth, olive, citrus and a hint of mint. The palate is earthy, with black pepper, cooked agave, citrus and a touch of olive, and it ends with a clean finish.
