Oban 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Oban distillery, founded in 1794, in a 70cl bottle. This is the 2022 release, part of Diageo's Special Releases, and its artwork shows The Celestial Blaze.
The whisky was matured in a mix of refill and new American oak, then given a second maturation in ex-sherry casks and casks seasoned with Amontillado sherry. It is described as a smooth, gentle maritime dram.
