The whisky brings together the lighter and darker traits of Oban, a style that sits between Highland and Island single malts, with spice alongside a sunlit quality.
The nose is mellow, with maritime notes of crispy edible seaweed, crystal salt and coarse black pepper, and lightly smoked white fish. A drop of water brings light olive oil to the front.
