Oban 14 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Oban Distillery, established in 1794 in the coastal town of Oban. The distillery sits between the Western Highlands and the Islands, and the whisky matures for 14 years in oak casks.
It has a rich amber colour. The nose combines sweet toffee, subtle smoke and tropical fruit such as caramelised pineapple and lychee. The palate is creamy, with marmalade, toffee apples, pear cider and a hint of cloves. The finish is long and malty, with toasty oak and spice.
