Oban Distillers Edition 2021 Release is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It was distilled in 2007 and matured first in ex-bourbon casks, then double-matured in Montilla Fino sherry casks.
The nose is fruity, with sea salt, grapes and orange, and hints of smoke and sourness. The palate shows a soft cereal maltiness with delicate fruits and salt. The finish brings sweetened Jamaican coffee and oak, with malt biscuits.
