Oban – Little Bay (75cl, 43%)

Oban Little Bay is a single malt from the Oban distillery on the Western Highland coast, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in small European and American oak casks, which bring more wood into contact with the spirit. The result keeps Oban's sea salt and coastal character, with a richer sweetness and a Christmas-cake spice. The nose is sea salt, oak, fresh citrus, coffee and warm baking spice. On the palate come baking spices, brown sugar, Christmas cake, vanilla toffee and coastal oak. The finish is balanced and elegant, with slight smoke, lingering fruit and a gentle coastal warmth.
