Oban – Little Bay Small Cask

Oban Little Bay Small Cask is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from Oban Distillery. Its name is the English translation of the Gaelic name from which Oban takes its own. After maturing in a selection of casks, the whisky is married in small oak casks. The smaller casks bring more contact between spirit and wood, adding richness, depth and complexity. The nose offers citrus fruit, honey and sweet malt, with dried fruit, oak, warming spice and a light maritime note. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with orange, orchard fruit, caramel, honey and chocolate, balanced by a gentle saltiness. The finish is warming and persistent.
