Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2006 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Old Forester Distilling Co. in Louisville, released on 2 September 2006 and sold in a 75cl bottle.
Birthday Bourbon appears once a year on 2 September, each edition a small batch drawn from a distinct selection of 12-year-old barrels. This 2006 edition is a 12-year-old small-batch bourbon.
Old Forester was established in 1870, the year George Garvin Brown began sealing bourbon in glass bottles under his own signature.
