Old Forester Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a bourbon from Kentucky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. A touch of oak and pine gives it a firm underpinning, alongside sweet corn and rye grain character.
The nose is sharp and sweet, with a strong floral note, mint, tobacco leaf and vanilla. The palate starts sharp, then softens quickly into spice, soft vanilla and light orange. The finish is long, warm and slightly drying.
