Old Grand-Dad Bonded is a bourbon in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV. It is made under the Bottled in Bond rules, a century-old law created to protect the integrity of bourbon. Under it, the whisky is the product of one distillery and one distiller in a single distilling season, and is aged in barrel for at least four years before bottling at exactly 100 proof.
