Old Grommes 12 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon from a little-documented American brand of the mid-20th century. It is bottled at 125 proof, or 62.5% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The bourbon is thought to have possibly been made at Stitzel-Weller. Its proof, age statement and profile are consistent with production there in the Van Winkle ownership era, though this has not been confirmed. Many bourbon brands of the period were made at a handful of large Kentucky distilleries and sold under private names.
