This is a 15 year old Craigellachie bottled by Old Malt Cask, in a 70cl bottle at 50%. The whisky was distilled in 2006 and matured in a sherry butt.
On the nose it shows dark chocolate, coffee, raisin and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with a sweet and savoury balance. The finish is long and rich, with a touch of ginger coated in dark chocolate.
