Old Overholt Straight Rye Whiskey is a Kentucky straight rye from the United States, bottled at 40% alc/vol (80 proof).
The nose is simple, with corn and oak and a slight touch of honey. On the palate the sweetness is similarly restrained, and wood and spice lead the flavour before the whiskey fades into a sweet, long finish.
