Old Potrero 18th Century Style Rye Whiskey

Old Potrero 18th Century Style Rye Whiskey is an American rye made by Hotaling & Co. at its San Francisco distillery, recreating the way rye was made in the 18th century. The mash bill is 100% malted rye, and the spirit is distilled in small copper pot stills. It is matured in handmade oak barrels, a mix of new and used, that are lightly toasted rather than charred, following traditional coopering methods. This gives a subtle oak influence that leaves the character of the spirit in front.
