Old Potrero 18th Century Style Whiskey (70cl, 51.2%)

Old Potrero 18th Century Style is a whiskey from the Anchor Distilling Co in San Francisco, bottled by the distillery at 51.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an attempt to recreate the original whiskey of America. The mash is 100% rye malt, the grain of choice in the 18th century. Ageing uses several un-charred oak barrels, alongside lightly toasted, handmade, fine-grain new American oak barrels that add a subtle flavour.
