This is a 15 year old Old Pulteney, a Highland single malt matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak casks. The two cask types bring sherry influence and added fruit, spice and richness to the distillery's maritime character. It is typically described as having sweet vanilla, soft fruit and warming spice, with a coastal freshness running through it.
