Harbour is a single malt Scotch whisky from Old Pulteney, matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The label calls it The Maritime Malt.
It is a bright gold. The nose starts with creamy vanilla and coconut, followed by marmalade, mandarin, lemon cake sweetness and fresh oak spice.
The palate brings sweet raisins and tropical fruit, balanced by darker notes of warm toffee and fresh tobacco leaf. The finish builds with rich fruit and spice before ending in a soft, salty sea note.
