Ondjaba Bourbon & Sherry Style Finish is a whisky made from maize, malted wheat and malted pearl millet. Elephant dung is used as fuel during the drying of the grain, a distinctive part of its production.
The whisky matures in bourbon casks before a finishing period in casks that previously held fortified Chenin. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without added colouring or chill filtration.
