Patrón Añejo Tequila (40%)

Patrón Añejo Tequila is an oak-aged tequila made from 100% Weber Blue Agave harvested in the Jalisco Highlands. The agave is slow-baked in traditional brick ovens, crushed using roller mills and a tahona stone wheel, then double distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in American, French and Hungarian oak barrels. The result balances roasted agave with vanilla, caramel and spice. On the nose there is cooked agave, vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, dried fruit and baking spice. The palate is silky and medium-bodied with caramel, honey and roasted agave.
