Paul John Bold is an Indian single malt matured in bourbon casks, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv.
It is a peated style, opening with a little smoke before honey, spice and red liquorice come through. The palate is silky, with a second wave of spice and a smoky, coating feel.
The finish is light, with a touch of copper and smoked mocha shaped by delicate spices.
