Paul John Brilliance is an Indian single malt matured in bourbon casks, in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv. Its six-row barley comes from the foothills of the Himalayas, and the whisky has a copper colour.
The nose is vanilla with gentle spice, fruit, cinnamon and honey. The palate is honeyed and smooth, with rich spice and a hint of cocoa.
The finish is relaxed, with mild spices and deep vanilla.
