Paul John – Brilliance Single Malt Indian Whisky (70cl)

Paul John Brilliance is a single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, India, in a 70cl bottle. The range is named after the company's chairman. It is made from Indian six-row barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas and matured in bourbon barrels for three to five years before being bottled at cask strength. The tropical climate causes evaporation of around 12 to 13% a year, which means the whisky shows well at a younger age.
