Paul John Brilliance is an unpeated single malt from Goa, India, bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. It is the distillery's flagship unpeated single malt, matured in bourbon casks and made with six-row barley from the foothills of the Himalayas.
The colour is sparkling copper. Demerara sugar, cinnamon and honey lead the nose, with faint spice. The palate is honeyed and smooth, with crisp barley and a tinge of cocoa, and the finish is relaxed, with mild spice and deep vanilla.
