Paul John Peated Select Cask is a peated single malt whisky in a 750ml bottle.
It sets the richness of Muscovado and Demerara sugars against smokiness, with layered, crisp sugar notes sitting alongside the smoke that is characteristic of peated single malts.
On the palate, tasting notes also describe hints of spice, hickory and Dominican-style cocoa, with the flavours lingering.
