Paul John Edited is a lightly peated single malt from Goa, India, bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV) in a 750ml bottle.
It introduces a discreet peat character through carefully chosen casks, and has an amber gold colour.
The nose is honey and cocoa with a hint of smoke, a shot of espresso and fruity fragrances. The palate begins with grassy barley that gives way to subtle peat, mint and mocha. The finish is long, with spice, chocolate mint and gentle peat.
