Paul John Classic is an Indian single malt matured in bourbon casks, bottled at 55.2% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fruity and malty, woven with honey and a hint of bourbon. Malted barley comes first on the palate, then a mix of bourbon and manuka honey-liquorice, and a surprise of toasted honeycomb. The finish is soft and friendly, with juicy Demerara tones.
