Paul John – Classic Select Cask

Paul John Classic Select Cask is a single malt from Goa, India, matured in selectively chosen cask types. It is bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. The nose combines fruity, malty aromas with honey and a hint of bourbon. On the palate, malted barley leads into bourbon and manuka honey-liquorice, then toasted honeycomb. The finish is soft, with Demerara sugar tones.
