Paul John Classic Select Cask is a single malt from Goa, on India's west coast. It is made with custom-built copper stills, six-row barley and the tropical climate of the region.
The nose has stewed apples and pears, fresh sponge cake, golden barley and a pinch of salt. Honey runs through the palate, with cinnamon, cracked black pepper, glistening fruit and dark chocolate. The finish is juicy fruit with a hint of oak.
