This is a special edition Indian single malt from Paul John, made on the coast of Goa. It is finished in Oloroso casks and has a dark mahogany colour.
The nose offers peach and apricot, with light notes of molasses and blood orange. On the palate it is soft and sweet, with nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt cake.
The finish is long, intense and sweet. Heavy spice from the Oloroso casks comes through, along with a touch of coffee mocha and dark chocolate.
