Edited is an Indian single malt from the Paul John distillery, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers honey and cocoa with a hint of smokiness and a shot of espresso, and fruity notes appear with a deeper breath. On the palate, grassy barley comes first and gives way to subtle peat, then mint and mocha.
The finish is long, with spice and chocolate mint, ending on gentle peat.
