Paul John – Mithuna Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Mithuna is an unpeated Indian single malt from Paul John, part of the Zodiac series. It takes its name from the Indian counterpart of Gemini, the third sign of the zodiac. The whisky was matured in American virgin oak casks and finished in ex-bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered. The aroma is of old oak, liquorice and gentle beeswax. On the palate come ulmo honey on crisp toast, vanilla, coffee mocha, orange peel and delicate spice, with dark cocoa tones. The finish is long and complex, with layered sugars and delicate honeys.
