This is an 18 year old peated Highland single malt chosen by Phil and Simon Thompson. It was matured in ex-Oloroso sherry hogsheads and bottled at 45.7% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. Only 726 bottles were filled worldwide.
On the nose it is a sherried, spiced malt, with dried dates, raisins and cinnamon alongside roasted hazelnuts and a hint of smoke.
