Pecorino Casadonna IGP

A white wine from Feudo Antico, showing a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose opens with delicate citrus notes, white flowers, white peach and pear, accompanied by a thread of aromatic herbs; the olfactory expansion stays clean and discreet. On the palate it has good acidity supporting a slender structure and ready drinking, with a pleasant, slightly savoury finish. It suits seafood starters, light soups, grilled fish and vegetable dishes, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif wine. Serve at about 8-10 C and drink young to capture its characteristic freshness.
