Pecorino DOCG - BIO - Tullum - Feudo Antico

An organic white wine from Feudo Antico, made from the Pecorino grape in the Tullum area. It shows a bright appearance with straw-yellow reflections, and aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, citrus hints and a delicate mineral vein, along with green apple, pear and bitter almond. On the palate it is balanced, with good structure, lively acidity and savouriness carrying through to a medium-length finish. It suits seafood starters, fish-based first courses, grilled fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses, or informal drinking and aperitifs. Serve cool, around 10-12 C, in not-too-wide tulip glasses; best enjoyed young.
