Pecorino Inanfora Tullum DOCG Feudo Antico

An organic white wine from Feudo Antico, keeping the typical personality of the Pecorino grape. Its profile alternates ripe citrus, white flowers and a hint of green apple. Ageing in amphora contributes to a linear texture and a contained mineral sensation, without losing freshness. The palate is balanced, medium bodied, with good acidity supporting the structure and aromatic persistence, returns of almond and a savoury finish. It pairs gently with grilled fish, shellfish, sautéed vegetables and fresh cheeses, and suits Mediterranean dishes with citrus or aromatic herbs. Serve slightly chilled in not overly large glasses.
