Peligroso Tequila Silver (37.5cl, 40%)

Peligroso Silver is an unaged blanco tequila made from 100 percent blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is bottled at 40% ABV. It is distilled by traditional methods and bottled shortly after distillation, without extended ageing, which keeps the natural sweetness and herbal side of the agave in front. It suits margaritas and palomas as well as sipping. The nose is fresh agave, citrus zest and light herbal notes. The palate has sweet cooked agave, lime, subtle pepper and soft minerality, and the finish is clean and crisp with lingering agave and gentle spice.
