A 20-year-old Canadian blended whisky from Pendleton, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It was aged in American oak barrels and cut to proof with glacier-fed spring water from Mount Hood in Oregon. This edition is dedicated to the directors of the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo. Each edition carries a leather neck cuff designed by the late Randy Severe, whose family has made custom saddles for nearly 70 years. The nose offers toasted coconut, cinnamon, oak, vanilla and orange zest. The palate is full-bodied, with spices, pecans and walnuts, and the finish is long.
