A 20-year-old Canadian whisky from Pendleton, bottled at 40% ABV and inspired by the Pendleton Round-Up and its rodeo heritage. It is made with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood in Oregon.
The bottle comes wrapped in a leather sleeve, tooled by Randy Severe, a third-generation saddle maker.
The nose is warm vanilla, honey and hints of spice. On the palate there is smooth caramel, dried fruit and oak, with subtle nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is long, rich and velvety, with lingering spice and vanilla.
