Penelope Barrel Strength American Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 58%)

Penelope Barrel Strength is an American straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 58% ABV. It is uncut and non-chill-filtered. The whiskey is blended from three bourbon mash bills, which together use four grains: corn, wheat, rye and malted barley. It is aged in new American oak barrels. The nose is sweet caramel with hints of maple syrup and candied sweetness. On the palate the sweetness moves towards cinnamon, barrel char and a little maple syrup. The finish is spicy with cinnamon, lingering spice and heat.
