Penelope Havana is a four grain bourbon from the Valencia Cooper Series, here in its second batch. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has no added colour.
The bourbon was finished in maple syrup and rum casks. Four different grains make up the mash, and the profile is described as a mix of sweet, spicy and fruity notes.
