Penelope 10 Year Old is a single cask Straight Bourbon from the Estate Collection, bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from one barrel, filled with spirit distilled on 21 February 2015. For its single barrel range Penelope chooses mature stock from different warehouses and storage positions. Barrels whose character is too individual for a blend are bottled on their own, and this one is non-chill-filtered.
